This bag features an exterior fabric of 100% silk dyed by hand (in the USA from Reed Silk Studio http://www.etsy.com/shop/ReedSilkStudio)
using wet on wet watercolor techniques in shades of blue, teal/green
and orange/brown. The silk fabric is first treated with a color wash,
then concentrated dyes are applied using eye droppers and syringes.
Movement is created through removal and manipulation of applied dyes by
salt, gravity and folding techniques. Due to the free-flowing nature of
this technique, no two products are exactly alike. The silk is
reinforced with Pellon SF101 woven fusible stabilizer for durability.
The ribbon handle on the side is turquoise and the PUL lining is white.

Our mini zippered wet bag is ideal for smaller items: personal care items like mama cloth,
tampons, pads, cosmetics, toiletries, hair accessories; as a reusable snack bag; for small electronics like mp3 or cell phone; as wallet for your id and money. On the side you will find a 3/8" ribbon handle/ link
loop combo so you can clip your wet bag anywhere, or use as a
wristlet. The plastic link is completely removable. Each bag features waterproof 1
mil Polyurethane Laminate (PUL) lining. The lining is sewn separately to reduce wicking.
Dimensions and Care:
Measures 6" H x 7" W (about the size of a plastic sandwich baggie) with a 7" molded plastic zipper. Wipe interior with wet cloth or machine wash gentle, machine dry low/line dry. Do not bleach or iron. Remove the plastic ring before washing.
