iphone/ipad/Safari users - make sure your cookies are enabled for shopping. This can be done by going to Settings -> Safari -> Privacy -> accept cookies from visited.
Payment - We are happy to accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for your order payment.
Domestic Shipping - Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from when payment is cleared. We ship USPS and delivery confirmation is included with all domestic (USA) orders. Free Standard Shipping is offered for all USA orders. Standard Shipping delivery is approximately 3-7 business days. Customers can upgrade to Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5.95 (effective 2/2013 due to USPS postage increases) Priority Mail delivery is approximately 2-3 business days.
International Shipping - International Shipping rates increased substantially 1/27/2013. The prices below reflect the recent increase.
We ship internationally, however you (the customer) are responsible for any additional customs tariffs. International orders ship USPS with a customs tracking number. Shipping charges apply to all Canada/International orders. The following are shipping rates for International orders:
Canada: orders up to $3.00 ship for $1.00, orders $3.01
- $6.00 ship for $2.00, orders $6.01 - $25.00 ship for $7.00; orders
$25.01 - $50.00 ship for $8.00; orders $50.01 - $100.00 ship for $9.00:
orders over $100.01 ship for $15.00
All prices are in US Dollars.
Sales Tax - Pennsylvania orders are subject to 6% sales tax, except aprons which are considered tax exempt.
Retail Stores/Wholesale - Several stores and websites carry select Diaper Bag Wrangler items. Individual pricing, inventory and store policies may apply. We would love to have our products in your shop- please contact us for pricing.
Etsy Shop -In addition to this webstore, we also have an Etsy Shop - www.diaperbagwrangler.etsy.com. The Etsy Shop offers our everyday inventory plus limited quantity or one of a kind items. We have made over 2300 sales though the Etsy Shop.
Customer Service - Returns are not offered at this time. However, we will always accommodate a replacement if there is an issue with your purchase. Just send me an e-mail (kc@diaperbagwrangler.com) and we can work something out. I want you to be happy with your shopping experience!
Sale items - Select sale items are available on the website. Twice a year we have a "SupEr CraZy SALE" when we offer discontinued fabrics 40% - 50% off.

Item Care - Use all items responsibly and with care- especially around your baby!
Link Loop Diaper Bag - remove link, machine wash cold gentle, line dry. Do not iron velcro closure.
Zippered Wet Bag - remove link, wipe clean or machine wash gentle, dry low or line dry - no bleach or vinegar.
Aprons- machine wash gentle, dry low/ line dry. Iron if needed. DO NOT iron felt appliques.
**All items come with an information/care hang tag.
Q. How many diapers will the Link Loop Diaper Bag hold?
A. Typically 4-6 diapers plus a soft pack of travel wipes. If you use a hard wipes case, you can fit 3-4 diapers.
Q. How long will it take to get my order in the mail?
A. All orders ship from Philadelphia PA, so it's relative to where you live. Most East Coast deliveries are 2-3
days. It can take 4-7 days for Midwest and West Coast Addresses. Make sure you account for Sundays and
Holidays.
